I am a dedicated healthcare professional with 17 years of experience at Suntree, where I began my career in billing and steadily advanced to the role of Practice Manager. I believes in the power of teamwork and live by the Golden Rule —treating both patients and colleagues with respect, compassion, and kindness. 

I am always looking for ways to make Suntree the best practice in Brevard.

Crystal Graybeal

I'm a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Practice Manager with 12 years of experience in the medical profession. I'm committed to supporting both patients and healthcare teams here at Suntree Internal Medicine. I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, empathy, and attention to detail make a meaningful difference in patient care and practice operations.
 

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two amazing kids a boy and a girl who keep life fun and full of energy. I also have a deep love for animals, which reflects my caring nature both personally and professionally. 

Balancing a fulfilling career with family life, I bring dedication, warmth, and eliability to everything I do.

Jessica Willems

I specialize in referral and authorization management, dedicated to helping patients access care they need by efficiently navigating the insurance requirements and coordinating with healthcare teams. It's a pleasure working at Suntree Internal Medicine. I look forward to helping you.

Jean Torres

I love working at Suntree Internal Medicine and help patients with their medications. I enjoy pickleball and freediving.  Not necessarily at the same time.

Hi, I'm Lilly and I'm from Lithia, FL.  joined the team at Suntree last year in 2025 with the billing department. My interests are crocheting, drawing, and watching dramas... not living them... lol. 

Melynda King

Hello, I’m Melynda King, the Prior Authorization Specialist at Suntree Internal Medicine in Melbourne, FL.

I am dedicated to making sure our patients receive timely approval for the medications, tests, procedures, and treatments prescribed by our physicians. In my role, I work closely with insurance companies — reviewing medical records, submitting detailed authorization requests, and following up persistently to minimize delays in care.

Sue Robertson

Hello, as a medical transcription supervisor, here at Suntree Internal Medicine, I oversee the accuracy, efficiency and workflow of patient's medical documentation, and ensuring that dictated reports from physicians and other providers are transcribed clearly and correctly. 

When not working, I enjoy watching my grandchildren who play softball and basketball, gardening, decorative painting, or relaxing at a nice outdoor restaurant listening to good live music.
